Terms of Service

These terms govern your access to and use of Habits & Havoc, including the web app, accounts, habit tracking, RPG features, Trials, subscriptions, and related support.

Accounts

You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for activity that occurs under your account. You must provide accurate account and billing information and keep it current.

Subscriptions and Billing

Paid features may be offered through recurring subscriptions. Subscription price, billing period, renewal timing, included features, and any trial details will be shown before purchase. By subscribing, you authorize recurring charges until you cancel.

Cancellation

You can cancel a subscription through the billing flow made available in the app or by contacting support. Cancellation stops future renewals, but does not automatically refund past charges. Refund requests are handled under the Refund Policy.

Acceptable Use

You may not misuse the service, interfere with app security, attempt unauthorized access, scrape or reverse engineer private systems, upload unlawful content, harass others, or use Habits & Havoc in a way that violates applicable law.

Health and Fitness Content

Habits & Havoc may include habit prompts, Trials, reminders, walking, mobility, meditation, reading, music practice, and similar content. This content is for general habit-building and entertainment. It is not medical, mental health, fitness, legal, financial, or professional advice. Use judgment and consult a qualified professional when needed.

Availability and Changes

We may change, suspend, or discontinue features, content, pricing, or availability. We try to keep the app reliable, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service.

Intellectual Property

Habits & Havoc, including its artwork, interface, text, systems, names, and software, is owned by Habits & Havoc or its licensors. You may use the service for personal, lawful purposes under these terms.

User Content

You retain ownership of habit names, goals, notes, and similar content you add. You grant us permission to host, process, display, back up, and transmit that content as needed to operate the service.

Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability

The service is provided as is and as available. To the fullest extent allowed by law, Habits & Havoc is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, lost data, or service interruptions.
