Refund Policy
This policy explains how cancellation and refund requests work for paid Habits & Havoc subscriptions.
Cancellation
You can cancel at any time. Cancellation stops the next renewal charge. Your paid access may continue until the end of the current billing period unless otherwise stated in the billing flow.
Refund Requests
Contact support@habitsandhavoc.com within 14 days of the charge if you believe a refund is appropriate. Include the account email, charge date, and reason for the request.
When We Usually Refund
- Duplicate charges.
- Accidental renewal requests made promptly after the charge.
- Billing errors.
- Extended service unavailability that materially prevents paid use.
When We Usually Do Not Refund
- Partial billing periods after continued use.
- Missed habits, Trial outcomes, game outcomes, or unused features.
- Requests made long after the relevant charge.
- Account termination for misuse or violation of the Terms.
Processing
Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method when possible. Processing time depends on the payment processor, card network, and bank. This policy does not limit any rights you may have under applicable law.
