Habits & Havoc collects only the information needed to run accounts, habit tracking, game progress, subscriptions, support, and product safety.

- Gameplay and habit information, such as heroes, habits, completions, goals, inventory, quests, Trial progress, and app settings.
- Payment and subscription status from our payment processor. We do not store full card numbers.

- Device, log, analytics, and error data, such as browser type, approximate region, pages viewed, feature usage, IP address, timestamps, and crash reports.
How We Use Information
- To create and secure your account.
- To save habits, character progress, rewards, subscriptions, and settings.

- To understand app usage, fix bugs, prevent abuse, and improve the product.

We keep information while your account is active or as needed to provide the service. We may retain limited records after deletion where required for security, fraud prevention, tax, accounting, legal, backup, or dispute purposes.

You can request access, correction, export, or deletion of your account information by contacting support@habitsandhavoc.com. Some requests may require identity verification, and some records may need to be retained where legally required.
Children
Habits & Havoc is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.
